Things to Do

Missourians love their beer and food! We highly recommend spending some time in St. Louis before heading out to Washington and Union.

Gateway Arch

The quintessential St Louis attraction. No visit to St Louis is complete without stopping by the Gateway Arch. Stop by for a photo op or go for a run or walk around the National Park grounds at the base of the Arch. If you want to spend some time exploring downtown and the Arch, Emilie & Adrian highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch with the Arch view if you have a chance.

Union Station

St. Louis Union Station was one of the largest and busiest passenger rail terminals in the world, helping move passengers from the east coast to the western part of the United States. Now, it hosts the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station, the 200-foot St. Louis Wheel, a carousel, an 18-hole mini-golf course, the mirror maze, a ropes course, the train park, and several restaurants to go along with the St. Louis Union Station Hotel.

Ballpark Village

Unfortunately, our wedding will be taking place during the MLB offseason, but you can still enjoy the various bars, restaurants, and see the home of Emilie's favorite team, the St Louis Cardinals.

The Cathedral Basilica St Louis

One of the most beautiful cathedrals in the USA, if not the world. The architecture reminds Emilie and Adrian so much of the Vatican and Rome, which they both have an affinity for.
